Late shift at high RPMS

I have a 2007 honda civic hybrid automatic 120k miles.
My car went into limp in mode the other day. scanned the car: misfire cylinder 2a and 2b, p0420, and p0746.
Changed the tranny fluid(flushed) and engine oil and all filters and strainers. Engine oil was extremely low only 1 quart left, but looked fine just old. The transmission fluid looked relatively old so I went with a full flush. No metal shavings and no oil or fluid mixing with coolant.
Checked Drive pulley solenoid looked fine cleaned it, had 5.8 Ohms (within spec) and jumped battery power(it clicked nicely).
reset all the codes went for drive.
shifted nice into drive gear was driving smooth until I took it on the freeway. Shift target is high from 2-3 gear at above 4k rpm. Drives fine after that. Stall speed is Low at 2k. Didn't return to limp mode.
I haven't checked the spark plugs but I've changed them within the last 2 years ( a while but still)
haven't had a chance to check if DTCs returned.

it also has an extremely hard shift from P -R and R-N and vice versa. No rough shifts to any other selector position. which leads me to believe these hard shifts have nothing to do with the what I mentioned above and is probably gear selector but ill worry about that later rn I just want the car to drive and automatically shift normally.

As per the owners manual? On level ground, car hot but off, in park.

For the tranny? Supposed to cvt fluid, honda fluid preferred.

oh for the tranny yes I used cvt fluid. 5.1 L the level is fine.

a little update I checked all the solenoids today they all have continuity within spec. They also all activated just fine.
cleaned all the affiliate speed sensors. still slips intermittently, and high rpm shift target.
only the left is to check transmission pressure but I’m almost positive the clutch plates are worn.
stall speed will sometimes hit target.
throttle actuator works within spec.
MAF is also working.

fuel trims are almost maxed out. No obvious leaks that I can see at least.
plugs are going to come off keep ya updated.
no codes but I do have the misfire count PID going off every so often.
