Transmission, other issues, or both?

I have a 2011 Honda Civic, but I’m not really a huge car guy although I’ve been learning as I fix the car myself over the years. Bunch of problems happened at once: misfiring to the point of not running, poor engine performance, and not shifting properly. I fixed the misfiring by replacing spark plugs/coils, but now I’m left with a car that can’t shift up properly without the car rocking back and forth as it struggles. The engine power is half of what it was a few months ago.

Check engine light codes:
- P2647: Rocker Arm Oil Pressure Switch (A) Circuit High Voltage/VTEC System Stuck on
- 61-1: ABS Control Unit Low Voltage

I’m wondering if the transmission is giving out (the car has 224,000 miles), or if transmission related symptoms can be explained by the other problems I’m having. I don’t want to put money into a doomed car. Thanks!

Yep, just changed it too. It was my first thought. Transmission fluid is fresh too.

Re: Transmission, other issues, or both?

UPDATE: another oil pressure related code, and another one related to voltage. new code came up after:
changing vtec selenoid & cleaning corroded battery terminal. any thoughts on the connection between all of these codes?

p0523: Engine oil pressure high-voltage
p2647: Rocker arm actuator controller stuck bank one
61-1: ABS control unit low voltage

Re: Transmission, other issues, or both?

Changed engine oil pressure sensor and VTEC selenoid assembly. No improvement. The problem seems to be getting worse.
