hi i am new on here and am having some issues with my 2001 honda civic ex vtech 1.7. first off i am having problems with the idling. when i start the car up the idleing goes up well over 3000 then drops down to right around 1200 and starts to constantly fluctuate up and down and continues to do this everytime i come to a stop[ sign , redlight etc. and sometimes actually shuts off but starts right back upand continues doing this so on. second problem i am having is it is flooding out and burning up gas like a big truck jacked up on 44s or something and cant figure out what is causing it but i have had to change spark plugs twice now in one week and evertime i pulled plugs thhey were black as an ace of spade.third and last problem i am having is that everytime i accelarate and my rpms reach around 3200 my car starts bucking real bad until i shift into next gear and continues to do that in every gear . can someone please help me out and let me know what i need or can do to fix these problems.

That does not make sense. If there is a light, then there are codes. Are you using the right reader?

yes i am sry only one thing pops up about an exhaust manifold barrel sensor and thats it

You have a proximity sensor in your exhaust? I am not familiar with that item. Are you trolling?
