Not sure if CV Axel/ CV Joints causing noise or what...
Hi guys, so I have been dealing with a frustrating issue. My poor little Honda makes an almost rattling-like clicking noise on the right side when I typically reach speeds +60mph. I felt as if it was the CV joints, but I'm not too sure because my car is fine when turning & driving speeds below 60mph (I thought CV Joints/Axle are simply identified by a clicking sound when turning, not reaching certain speeds??) Sometimes it depends on the angle of the road too- some roads are fine, but most aren't.. this issue only occurs when reaching high speeds - Highway is always gameover. I have attached audio of the clicking sound while driving 60mph.
Is the next step to replace the CV axel/joints? I'm so worried about putting down $800 on the process only to find out it didn't solve the issue!
Thanks!
