Noise when turning ??

Hi all, recently I started experiencing some noise from my right suspension when turning while driving at very low speeds. Its a creaking sound. I am lowered on Neuspeed springs with konis. There has only been coil binding noises since, but over the last few days this other noise surfaced. I jacked my car and found alot of grease leaking from my CV joint boot cover. Could it be my CV joint is whacked ? Will replacing the boot and repacking it with grease do any good ? I believe it shouldn't be a suspension problem for I have been driving on the Neuspeeds and konis for sometime with no such sound occurrences. Unless my upper mount bearings are spoilt. Anyone facing such a problem ? Please advise.

It might be your actual power steering mechanism. Had basically the same thing happen with another of my cars (not the vic) and I was sure that it was the CV joint. Turns out it was the power steering and I had to get that replaced. Hopefully its under warranty for you still, it ran $1300 for a 98 528i BMW.

You will hear a slight ticking sound whenever you made a turn when the CV boots are needing to be replace. If you see a lot of grease around the boot then definitely you need to replace the boot.

Its just behind the disc brakes. Its the joint on the end of the drive shaft that connects to the disc brakes which in turn moves the car. Damn my clutch is due. Jerking at low RPM. I guess this is where the car starts to require major repairs. Now you know why its 3 years or 100k km whichever first.

You replaced before ? Could you define what you mean by a pair ? There are two boots for the drive shaft. One inner and the other for the outer(cv joint).

I'm thinking about going to a different Honda dealership and seeing what they say. Because this **** should be under warranty. But then again, they might say something gay about my sway bars or something dumb
