Suddenly P1659. Imposible to drive. No acceleration. Check steering Check VSA system etc.
The relay is fine. It's the one to the left closer to the door inside the car.
Under the hood fuse box a fuse between 20 and 15 Amps was missing. I put 15 A . Cleared the code. Problem solved,

I wonder the same thing. For the first time in 122 k miles I get this Code. My guess is after this code the ECU reroutes the signal through the missing fuse and the relay can not be activated.

A few other possibilities:
-It is an intermittent issue and the fault will eventually return
-The relay was faulty and stuck on (don't have the schematic to confirm this is even possible)
-Your Civic is haunted
