Hi All,

My 2013 Civic 1.8L has a pretty loud vibration most of the time. Its worse other times and at times it almost goes away completely. I'm not sure where the vibration is coming from because the engine itself seems to be running fine and smooth. The noise is louder when sitting in the cabin than when standing by the engine. You can also feel the vibrations very prominently while in the cabin. The motor mounts were bad and I replaced all 3 mounts and the vibrations drastically improved but then slowly returned, to how they were previously, within weeks. The mounts all appear to be fine still. The vibration almost sounds like it is coming from deeper beneath the engine but I haven't found anything loose or out of the ordinary when inspecting the car from the hood or underneath. The vibrations are constant regardless of which gear its in and typically get fainter when accelerating and louder when coasting/idling. My gut tells me something isn't securely mounted but I just cant find it without taking things apart. Video attached is taken from inside the cabin. Any thoughts on what the issue might be or where to look?
