Radiator fan and additional issues

Radiator fan and additional issues
2010 Honda Civic LX 1.8L
. Please help what am I missing???
Radiator fan was physically broke with a hole in the radiator. Replaced fan (works on 12 V direct connect) replaced radiator. Tested both radiator and engine temperature coolant sensors with ohms reader. Replaced broken 30 amp fan fuse. Checked 3 black relays… all good.
AC fan works fine
cooler fan does not kick on 🤬
**Oh we never got a code for any overheat or fan issues the car melted the ignition coils and coded as misfires cylinder 2 & 3 only
replaced 4 spark plugs and dug out 2 exploded coils and replaced
