Hey my Honda seems to be having some problems when accelerating, it is slow acceleration unless I really push it into the 4-5k rpm range.

When getting on the freeway it seems like in 4th gear going to 5th gear (I think) the speed gets stuck and rpm will go higher but my speed will remain the same unless I briefly let go of the gas pedal for a second.

Car drinks about a quart of oil every 1-2 weeks

151k miles
no mods, all stock.
purchased 2014 and it had 40k miles on it
I only have replaced brakes, tires, oil changes, and 1 transmission fluid change, no other work has been done.
I have transmission fluid, radiator fluid, brake fluid all at good levels. ac/heater works good.

Leaking or burning? That's an unhealthy amount unless you're putting on 1k+ plus miles in the same time frame.

air filter should be ok, I am unsure about the spark plugs...
