2009 Civic whining sound from serpentine belt area

Hi everyone. I have a 2009 Civic with 87,000 miles on it and it just recently started making a whining sound from the serpentine belt area. It's not a belt screech, but more of a whining sound that gets louder with higher RPMs. I'm wondering if it could be a pulley or the alternator or some other component on the belt. Any thoughts? I've uploaded a video of the sound

Thank you sdaidoji, I should have checked forum closer. Do you think this sound is most likely the tensioner? I will try replacing those and see if it goes away. Thank you!
