When I start the car, you cannot hear it. But, as soon as the engine warms up, there is a rapid, high-pitched chirping sound that comes from the engine in front of the driver's seat. It sounds like birds chirping, and it gets louder after being driven a bit. Any ideas?

Possibly valve chatter, make an video/sound clip and post it.

could also be belts that are worn or not the proper tension. if it changes pitch when turning, its PS belt. if it changes with a/c being on, then its ac belt. if it changes when pressing the gas, its timing belt/tensioner. you can also narrow it down by spraying belt dressing on each belt one at a time. if the noise changes when you spray, you found the problem belt.
