Depends on whether or not the cylinder head is warped? If the engine has overheated there's a good chance the head is warped and will need to be milled to flatness at a machine shop. Also, the head should be checked for cracks, leaky valves and valve seals condition. the block should also be checked for flatness. Always use a Honda genuine (oem) head gasket. Will most likely need a new intake gasket as well.
