head gasket

a thinner head gasket will raise our cr level, maybe 10.6:1 but i don't know who makes one for our motor, or even if a d16 head gasket would work. cuz our blocks are somewhat similar to the previous d series. Can anyone enlighten me please.

the higher the compression the thicker the headgasket needs to be. thinner will raise the compression a little bit but then theres the chance of the head gasket blowing out....idealy u should get the head shaved to raise the compression and go w/ a little thicker head gasket.....depending how how much is shaved....ex: like 3000ths is good and a stock spec head gasket will work fine
