06 Civic after 3500rpm it shakes and won't go higher, many cel codes. :help:

My '06 Honda Civic won't go past 3500 rpm, and the rpm meter starts shaking at around that point. There is a check engine light. It drives smoothly otherwise, as long as it's under 3500 rpm. Check engine light codes that came up have me stumped:

P0113 Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor 1 Voltage High
P2649 A Rocker Arm Actuator Control Circuit High Bank 1 Variable Valve Timing Electronic Control with Single Oil Pressure Circuit
P0102 Mass Air Flow Sensor Voltage Low
P0498 Evaporative Emission System (EVAP) Cvs Circuit Voltage Low

After the I tried to clear them, there was only one code that stayed, the P2649.

Please help, what does all this mean? Thanks!

Did you have to drive it before the code reset?
Is the oil level low?

i *think* it's solved! I poked around in there after watching a few youtube videos on the vtec solenoid and found a harness disconnected from the solenoid. It now revs much higher! Hopefully the check engine will go away. thanks.

and found a harness disconnected from the solenoid.
Well what would explain it. BUT why did it come off?
Make sure the connector is pushed on all the way and locks so it can't fall off.
