2007 civic fuel pump won’t prime
Hey guys I have a 2007 civic with a intermittent no start issue when the fuel pump wont prime. When it does start it runs fine. I changed the fuel pump fuse and relay and I am now thinking it maybe a bad ground. Can anybody help me find the ground connection or have any experience with a similar issue?

Fuel pump ground is under the drivers seat.
