Constant clicking noise

Constant clicking noise Hey guys, so I busted my oil pan about 9 months ago and the noise started very subtly after that. Its when I rev (in or out of gear) and get louder and faster with higher RPM. Also, on occasion when I start my car in the morning, the oil light will flicker with the noise and will go away when the car drops to normal idle, but doesn't flicker while driving or in neutral. Im completely stumped whether its valve, trans problems, or internal motor. Any help is much appreciated! Thank you guys!
