somebody help, yellow stuff on bumper

After coming back from Six Flags yesterday, i found my car with some yellow dust or flour lookin stuff all over my newly washed and sparkling car. i was really pissed and thought that somebody did it on purpose, but cars around me had a little bit of that yellow dust on it too, but not nearly as much as mine. Maybe the dust flew from my car and went on the others from the wind, i dunno.
Well whatever, today i go to wash it off, it all came off my car except for my bumpers. I think this yellow dust got wet from the rain and dried on my bumper and it doesnt come off. My bumper feels like sand paper when u run your fingers across, i tried scrubbing it with a sponge, even with the rough surface(i know i know, it can scratch my paint) and even let the stuff soak in soap. Nothing at all, it didnt come off, its like little hard yellow crumbs or soemthing on my car, making it feel like sand paper. Any suggestions on how to get it off, plz somebody help me!

The yellow stuff is pollen. Be it from trees or flowers or whatever. It will happen every year, there's no way to avoid it. And yes, a clay bar will get rid of it. It works for me.
