Question Cig stains

I recently purchased an 02' Si. Whoever had it before me must have baked it out with 5 packs of cigarettes a day cause the headliner looks like crap and he must have rolled around with the cover for the moonroof open all the time cause you can see the smoke line real good when you close it. Does anyone know of any products or how to go about cleaning it. Im not expecting miracles but want it to look a little better. I'm kinda leary of experimenting with stuff cause I dont want to screw it up. I figure the only way to make it look real good is to just have it redone but I wanted to see if there is anything else that can be done before I go that route.

Or just get some oxiclean. It works great and you can put it in a spray bottle.
