Cleaning behind third brake light?

What can I do to clean behind my third brake light? There is a lot of dust back there and I am a smoker so there is a few pieces of ash back there. It looks like *** and I want it cleaned.

I do have access to vast quantities of compressed air if anybody can think of anything creative

Can take the rear deck off and clean it..

Can try and stick cloth in there (push it in with something)

pain in the *** to take off the rear deck, gotta take out the seats, side panels and then remove it with those stupid clips... more trouble than it's worth.

I am thinking of taking out out and putting in a layer of foam or 2 around it so that it forms a gasket and nothing can get in there
