WATER
They must be made that way, it's only the tiniest little amount, probably to keep it moisturized and from drying out or something

Rep Power: 0 I used mine hell like twice a week...spray on water spray on soap wash with a mit or sponge or whatever. then wash off soap...and dry by hand. It beats draging around a nasty bucket with water and soap in it.

Rep Power: 263 the filter needs to be kept moist so the membrane inside will rot, its written on the filter. mr clean works well (in terms of $$$) for the occassional washer, but its not for ppl who wash religiously. it only works if you follow the directions exactly.
