How to fix a small dent?

ok so i have a small dent thats right behind the left headlight on the fender. there is a small crack now between the bumper and the fender, bigger then what it is normally, and i was wondering if there is any way i could fix this without taking it to a body shop? any diy out there for this?

for a medium to big dent, use a bathroom plunger and went the paint with windex and push down on the plunger and pull really hard. this works but the hard has to be hot or warm won't work if the metal is cold. For little dents it depends. on our car lot we use a plunger for bigger dents and we have one of those cheapy wally world dent remover kits. they will take out little dents that aren't creased or too deep

i saw one on tv a while back for like 20 bucks. i was gonna buy it and i had the website and everything but i reformatted my computer and lost the website
