2003 Acura EL Front Passenger Creaking
I have a creaking noise at the front passenger area when turning the steering wheel at idle or slow speeds.
Mechanic can feel the vibration through coil spring and indicated that the top strut bearing is worn and needs replacing.
Is there another cheaper fix like tightening the 3 bolts on top of the tower/chassis or should I just go ahead and replace the bearing.
Original strut and bearing at 117K miles.

Don't think tightening would help, I would just get new strut mounts for both sides.
You can diy it but you need caution and a spring compressor
