Intermittent SRS light. Dealership replaced belt buckle four times already. 02CivicEx

Hello,

I have moved counties a few times since I have owned the 02 Civic EX.. All four dealerships have replaced the buckle first but the issue comes back. I am going to bring the car back into the dealership for another warranty inspection/ replacement but I am not sure they are competent to discover the issue. I am sure the code is telling them it is the buckle but I am getting a little annoyed that they are not finding the actual problem. I told the representative that the buckle was replaced but they tell me because they do not see a record of it in the computer that I am making it up. I think I noticed something which could be causing the issue but I am not sure: when I move the drivers seat while driving it might have caused the SRS light to come on. I looked under the seat and saw that the cable seems to have slack and the plug is engaged so I am not sure what is happening. Could just be coincidence.
I am going to bring it back to the same dealership I used 6 months ago and have a talk with him. So far the buckle replacement is under warrant but I am not sure what are fixes associated with the light are covered.
Does anyone have experience with the seat moving and SRS light coming on. What else could be causing the SRS light to come on that is usually mistaken for the seat belt buckle?

Sounds like the connector or the wires have an issue

Seems reasonable to assume that. I do not see any cable damage but it does not mean it is not there. Maybe they have to take the seat out to get a better look. I imagine the dealership is sticking to the evidence so that next time I bring in the car they are just going to replace the buckle again because that what their reader is telling them the issue is. That is basically my conundrum; how can I get and through inspection myself or get them to try harder.

Tell them what you told us.
Moving the seat can cause the light to come on and off
