Passenger side wheel gap widened after replacing hub assembly

Passenger side wheel gap widened after replacing hub assembly
01 Civic EX; After replacing the passenger side hub assembly (including the knuckle) the car tilts noticeably to the drivers side, leaving a much wider gap between the tire and the wheel well than the driver side. The difference between the two is almost an inch I want to say, although I havent gotten the exact measurement. Any ideas as to what could have caused this?

try to place load in the suspension when tightening the suspension bolts? some bushings are bound to the sleeves and might lift when tightened with suspension unloaded
