I just discovered my 2002 Civic LX has been leaking power steering fluid. I see possible issue with the o-ring (91345-RDA-A01) and suction hose (53731-S5D-A01), but it looks like there's more. Is it feasible or possible to fix this myself? If so, I'd need part #s. Or does the entire pump need to be replaced?
What parts are needed to fix this leak?

I am guessing 25 and 24 would fix the seepage, but I can't find the part #s for those. I know only that 20 is 91345-RDA-A01. And what is part #3 called?
Suction hose end below the reservoir also looks leaky. Is this a problem with the clamp or the hose? Could this have been caused by me when replacing the headlight bulb the previous day?

I read about those o-rings going bad too. It looks like you already have the P/Ns. Ebay sells them as a repair kit.
But will it fix the leaking? Hard to tell. It may be leaking from the body itself, which would require replacement of the pump. Great video of how to do this on YT by 1AAuto.
I would try cleaning the area as best you can to see if you can pinpoint the leak. Buy the o-rings first, replace them, and see if it fixes the problem. I would also try replacing that pump-to-reservoir hose also. It doesn't cost much.
When you refill the PS fluid, be sure to use genuine Honda fluid or at least fluid specifically for Honda (I used Wagner DOT 3&4 for Honda/Acura).
You really just need a 12mm socket (and maybe a 10mm also), a ratchet, extension, and a pliers. The one bolt underneath the pulley is a pain to get to, but do-able.

I don't have the part #s to the o-rings ref'd by 21, 24, & 25 in the diagram:
The o-ring ref'd by 23 above (part # 91347-PLA-003) isn't a problem. The o-ring ref'd by 16 (part # 91370-SV4-000) below also seems fine: 16 (part # 91370-SV4-000) doesn't appear to be leaking.
I see a video demonstrating rebuilding the pump with new o-rings, but I don't want DuraLast/O'Reilly parts:
Based on the location of the leakage, I would replace the pump itself. I would take my chances with a reman unit because I don't think I have the skills to rebuild it. Either way you must remove the pump and refill with fluid.
But hey, if you want a little project and a few o-rings costs way less than the pump, then have at it. Take your time and take pictures (or video) as you go so can remember what goes where.
