Tie Rod ends on truhart Struts
So i have this problem with my tie rod ends not fitting properly there truhart sruts with skunk 2 springs the stock tie rods ends are to loose is there a set of tie rod ends that would fit?

Suspension differs a lot throughout the generations

Strange, the tie-rod ends were not different, normally, if they are not worn out, they should fit.
Are you using new parts?
the differences are that 01-02 did use smaller diameter shocks at the front and smaller crash bolts (connecting to the knuckle)
other then that they were the same.
ah, wait, Si US or Si Canada?

I see a potential problem.
Their website lists RSX (DC5) as compatible. If you read the link above, the DC5 uses 13mm tie rod holes, whilst the regular civic and the hatch Si uses 12mm...
You might need to go back and get tie-rod ends for RSX instead - not sure if the threads/length fits, though
