Please Help!!!!
im not sure this is the right place to post this but if you can help me out i would greatly apreciate it....im tryin to buy a tie rod end for my 2002 civic coupe and i was looking at some prices.... it lists (inner tie rod end) and (outer tie rod end) im focking confused what the hell is the difference ima complete NoOB to this so if you can help me out to tell me whats the difference it would really help

the outer and inner tie rod are connected together. The outer tie rod is the piece that connects to your strut housing, and the inner tie rod connects to the outer tie rod. The outer tie rod screws into the inner tie rod. Used to adjust toe on the front.

the tie rods on our car dont face upward, they sit down in the strut housing. here look at this pic and see which number you need.

man bro u have been great help! thanx a whole bunch for taking ur time to explain....one last question...what would be the inner tie rod then? cuz the price range is very different
