Rough idle on cold start

Got off work at 4a.m. 25 degrees outside, started fine but as soon as it fired up the idle started bouncing from 500-1500 or so constant back and forth instant CEL. Shut it off waiting a few seconds started up just fine. Never had this issue before so any help is appreciated, recently replaced upstream o2 sensor(a month or 2 ago)and the plastic cylinder head plug and topped off with oil(2days ago about 70 miles) 02 civic lx 145,000
