Cold start leads to low idle

The car has been running great for the past 4 months. Has an 02 motor with 50k miles, had it swapped since I hydro locked the other motor.
I notice the engine light came on recently. The other morning on a cold start it idled normally and when I tried to take off in first, it start idling low as if it wants to shut off and bogs down if I try to keep going. So I hit the clutch and it bogs for a sec and then goes back to idling normally. I try to take off again and same thing, low idle and feels like it wants to shut off. After about 2min idle is normal and I can drive normally. I notice it only happens on cold starts. I will be taking it back to the mechanic that did the work for me. Any one have an idea of what it may be? I was thinking the fuel injectors or one of the vacuum lines, not even sure which one, but maybe someone else would know.
