Multiple misfire at idle

I have recently bought a 2004 civic ex with a 1.7. I had a bad misfire on cylinder 3, so I replaced the plugs and found out it was the coil pack and replaced that. Afterwords changed the oil and I filled my tank and put a fuel system cleaner in it, but now I have misfires on all four cylinders but I only notice it at idle. I made sure the plugs were gapped right, but it's still there. I'm not sure what to do now. Anyone have any ideas?

Re: Multiple misfire at idle

Possibly an issue with EGR (if equipped). EGR valve or clogged EGR runners in the intake manifold.

What spark plugs did you install? OEM NGKs are recommended.
