Rattle in park and reverse

I'm new to this community, and look forward to any input. I recently replaced my rear main seal which required dropping the transmission. I put everything back together (I swapped the transmission before without issue). Now when the car starts, in park, and in reverse it makes this rattle. In drive or neutral, no issues at all. I'm not sure if it's something with the mounts, or if the torque converter didn't seat correctly.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

JJ

Might need a video to confirm, but I feel like anything mount-related would happen regardless of gear. From the sounds of it, the transmission needs to come out again.

Car shifts and drives smoothly. I looked closer at it today, and the motor moves significantly when it's turned on and shifting through to drive. I really feel it's the mounts went bad. To my knowledge, they've never been replaced. I'm waiting for a mechanic friend of mine to take a look to confirm.

Have someone rev the car in neutral. That will tell you.

It was definitely the motor mounts. Replaced three of the four. No more sounds. I'll do the backside one this weekend.
