removing transmission

so in the process of replacing my clutch and i finally got around to removing my transmission which was a massive pain and in the process all of the trans fluid spilled out all over me, is it toxic? i had a shower straight away to get it off. and also as i was removing it it got stuck on the input shaft and the whole transmission with fluid in it was hanging off the input shaft for a few seconds, it still seems to spin freely but could that have done any damage? and also i might have breathed in a bit of clutch dust, how toxic is that? ive heard they could possibly have asbestos as it the original clutch from '05, should i be concerned about being around the bell housing with a bit of clutch dust coming out for about 10 mins or is that not too bad? ill try and wear an n95 mask from now on if that will help, Thanks.
Edit: i believe it is the original clutch from '05, i havent removed the pressure plate yet but how would i tell if its the original? would it say honda on it somewhere?

You'll be fine, hose out the bellhousing with some brake clean

As a "professional" internet "Medic" (I am an engineer), I am afraid to tell you that if you inhale asbestos, you have 15 days left to live.

It's highly corrosive, much like an Alien blood, so you should by now the a puddle dripping through the hole that the fluid opened in your garage floor.
