whats up i have a 01 ex with 192k miles. i replaced the front brakes spark plugs and coils the other day. i also replaced the IAT sensor because i had a p0113 code and the oil pressure switch needed changed but the p0113 code still there. Now my code reader wont work just beeps and says error. Did i possibly mess up my ecu changing out that iat sensor? Then i noticed a strong gas smell and found a hole in the muffler blowing black liquid out of it and blows alot of white smoke. I took it for a little test drive and after i got it to around 2k rpm it misfired alot then went away. Kind of feels sluggish and when i first started it up it almost died out. What could all of this mean?

agreed, white smoke usually a sign of coolant being in the cylinders , hence the misfires too.
check your coolant levels when the engine is cold, also can watch for air bubbles in the rad cap area.

Figures especially at 192k. i'll look for more signs to see if thats the issue. what would cause the black stuff to shoot out though? It was like a gas/water mix

man, if it waited that long to pop, consider yourself lucky. lol
couldn't tell you on the black liquid shooting out tho, especially a fuel/water mix coming out the tailpipe

I was thinking that, too, but OP said it was an fuel/water mix. If it's missing that bad, could be a stupid amount of fuel making it into the exhaust stream along with post-cat condensation
