Trouble with overheating

Hi all, this is my first post here, but I'm just going to jump into it
I'm looking for some help figuring out why my car keeps overheating. It is a 2004 Civic LX.
First time it happened was idling in a parking lot. Shut it off, waited, and then drove it home, no issues. I had issues with the heat working at idle, so I suspected an air bubble. So I had the coolant flushed. Didn't have any issues.
Then, just a couple days later I drove the car from Iowa to Texas, as we were moving there. Nearly 1000 miles. No issues until the 900 mile Mark. Only 100 left, right after she hit 200000 miles, it overheats. Blew off the radiator reservoir cap and shot coolant everything. So, I topped it off with water, and limped the rest of the way, stopping 9 times to let it cool down and refill the water
Got it to the destination, and changed the thermostat the next morning, and refilled the radiator. Let it run for a while, then later that day took it out for a test drive.
It was over 100 degrees out, so I left it running with the air on for my wife while I ran inside a store. While I was gone, it over heated again, again popped off the reservoir cap, and lost a quart of coolant (water). Had to tow it home.
This morning I replaced the radiator cap, as I was told a bad seal could contribute and cause the reservoir to pressurize and overflow. Again, refilled the radiator and reservoir, let it run to let out the air bubbles, got it up to Temp, played with the air conditioning and heat, held the revs at 3000, no issue. Did a road test, just circled the block a fee times riding hard on the accelerator and brake, no issues..
Then I got home parked it, and turned the ac all the way up, and within a couple minutes, the heat started to creep up.

I'm not seeing any leaks of any kind, and the fans kicked in before the road test. it only overheats after it's been running, driving, and then it stops, and idles and overheats.

Any advice, or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Headgasket.

You can confirm with a cylinder pressure test but it's a 7th gen and they are know to have that issue.
