Could this cause issues with compression?
So I did a compression test on my 03 civic and this was the result
CLY 1 -125-127psi
CLY 2 - 50 psi
CLY 3 - 24-26 psi
CLY 4 - 160 psi
after removing the spark plugs I looked down the cylinders and 1&4 were squeaky clean like shiny brand new metal. I could see the valves. 2&4 were extremely dirty. I wondered if that would be why the compression is low. Some people have said put oil in the cylinders and see if compression goes up, some said use seafoam spray in the cylinder. I want an opinion before i go spend extra cash to work on it.

Re: Could this cause issues with compression?
and possibly some ring issues on 1 considering 4 is getting 160 psi and 1 is only at 12x psi
