P0172 after injectors replaced

I replaced my fuel injectors a cpl days ago & ever since I got it back together, it has ran worse. Takes longer to start, sluggish, actually died at a red light last night & sucking down the fuel! When I 1st started it, the cel came on. Checked it & it was for the IAT sensor. Checked wires & stuff & reset code. Still didn't wanna start right away & still sluggish. CEL on for P0172 later that day. I checked all electrical plugs for sensors I had to unplug to remove fuel rail, Checked injector plugs, made sure all vacuum lines were on & secure and it hasn't fixed any of it. Cleared code & a short time later, popped on again for same P0172. Had no CEL light before I replaced injectors. Any ideas? Maybe replace IAT since it was the 1st code when CEL came on i guess... SUGGESTIONS...???

Re: P0172 after injectors replaced

I actually thought about doin that but rather not. Reason was because it has 259,000 miles & if I got on interstate (65+mph) for even 5 miles, it would die when I came to a stop at the end of off ramp. Once it did start right back, but a cpl miles down the road it died when I pulled into buddies house & wouldn't start back for 30min or so. Other time it died at end of off ramp & didn't start back til later on. The CEL was flashing prior to each, showing a misfire. I have replaced all plugs & coils. Everything I found said injectors for fixing misfire like that

Re: P0172 after injectors replaced

putting the old ones back is to check if the "new" ones are faulty or not....

Re: P0172 after injectors replaced

Isn't p0172 an o2 sensor code? Replace that, use the correct denso part
