High Rpm Low engine speed/hesitation

I have a 2005 civic ex which i just changed the spark plugs in, it hesitates when accelerating noticed the issue like 3 days ago, also saw a lil bit of oil in my first cylinder from the left but the other 3 were dry, theres no codes but maintenance req’d light is on it’s stressing me out please help 🙂

Denso Spark Plugs and trans fluid looks good
I do have P0128 and P0420 so yea but it might be due to the coolant stuff

If the engine isn't seeing the correct temp that could cause an issue. So can a clogged cat

Temp jumps up and down I just got a new radiator and thermostat too so i’m not sure what the hell is going on

Coolant was bled when i swapped radiators and I am beginning to have overheating issues

I know the hose from the reservoir tank by the radiator cap was leaking but i got a hose clamp to closed it so its not leaking anymore

reservoir tank is not overfilled and i filled the radiator a couple days back

I was thinking head gasket, very common on this generation Civic. Would cause overheating and possibly other issues. Radiator level would always drop when driven, reservoir level would rise until it overflowed. Maybe not your issue.
