P0340 P0341 - 2003 Civic LX 140k
Getting P0340 and P0341 codes. I have tested the camshaft position sensor and the connector from the harness and all seems well but the car is still running like trash. Took it all apart and replaced the sensor with one from autozone (which did not end up working) so I put the old one back on, cleared the codes and got a o2 sensor bank 1 low voltage code. Unplugged and checked the o2 sensor (which was basically brand new) and now the code for the o2 sensor is gone but the camshaft codes are back. I can not tell if the sensor is Honda OEM, no picture but it had like 5 letters or numbers on it while the AutoZone one did not. The timing belt seemed okay did not have a lot of play in it.
I think the crankshaft sensor was replaced a few years ago so maybe that could be my issue as it probably wasn't oem, did not know if it would throw a different code for that instead.
The car has been sitting for a couple years but it was running bad back then too. Long cranks, sputtering, limp mode, rough idle, stalling, accelerator response is hit or miss (will not do anything if my foot is to the floor while driving) Have looked at almost every thread relating to this issue but have not found anything that helps my situation.

Probably a good idea to check engine timing (see link below). It sounds like you've already seen, but Honda's do not like aftermarket sensors. If you're unsure of cam/cranks sensors, grab an OEM set from the junkyard. My local "Pick Your Part" junkyard would sell me both for under $30.
