Question Stripped the Engine Mount bolt??? Engine mount completely torn up?

I don't know how I did it but apparently I just stripped the front engine mount bolt for my manual transmission vehicle. There are all these metallic pieces on the end and the bolt will not tighten so that I can torque it. I was supporting the engine a little bit with a wood block/jack when removing the mount, I'm not sure if the engine being raised a bit caused that to happen. I am wondering what can be done to fix this, can I simply tap and die the engine screw hole? Also, the mount itself was completely torn up. I replaced this mount 10,000km ago and I would say it started going maybe 5000km after I installed it which was frustrating since the other mounts held up well. Is this an instance of cheap aftermarket parts just falling apart easily?

The bolt hole that stripped is the one highest up in this picture, the top left one:

Look in the hole, are there good threads further in? Possibly a longer bolt would work. Otherwise you'll have to drill the hole bigger then tap it, picking up a larger bolt from a hardware store. Another option is to use a Helicoil. Last option is to just leave it off.

I can't exactly look in the hole since its in a awkward place in front of the engine. The bolt is able to go 98% of the way in, but it just spins endlessly and cannot be tightened. Does this mean it cannot catch threads at the very end?

Looking into helicoil more, they look very small, about half an inch inserts, but the threads for my bolt go in maybe two inches. Would I be using multiple pieces on just one hole? Never used them before could use some help.

Grab a mirror or a camera to see in. You sure you've got the right bolt? That one is supposed to be ~1.5 inches long, it would go into the engine about an inch. What I was saying is if you stripped the threads that the bolt can reach you would get a longer bolt to grab good threads further in the hole (if there are any).

You can use multiple. You also have to drill first so you'd have to make some room.
