Engine Oil Leak - 2005 Honda Civic EX

I’ve been trying to locate an oil leak because I’ve been going through a few quarts of oil every week to maintain the oil level.

Are these areas the culprit? And if so, does this likely mean I need to replace the head gasket or...?

Also, I’m having an overheating problem when I’m idle for too long. Is this likely related to the oil leak or is it a separate issue?

That certainly isn't helping, but it's most likely burning it if you're not seeing anything underneath the car. Get a valve cover gasket kit and that will have the tube seals. The oil burning is most likely the oil rings on the pistons

As for the overheating at idle, do the fans work? Coolant level good and bled properly?

The fans work fine and the coolant level is topped off. In fact it doesn't appear to have depleted at all in months, I suspect it's just sitting in that reservoir not being taken in by the radiator. What do you suggest?

Fill the rad. Not rocket science.
if coolant is getting pushed out of the rad and into the reservoir, you have a blown headgasket
