Alternator not charging battery? [solved]

Alternator not charging battery? [solved]
The battery on my 01 Civic DX keeps dying. Had the battery tested and its fine. I checked the alternator and it outputs 12.8v when idling. Is there anything else I should check before replacing the alternator?

Looks like there's a .06 amp draw from fuse #9 (Backup) under the hood. Is that enough to kill the battery?

12.8v is too low. If you turn the headlights on does it jump up at all?

Nope, voltage goes down to 12.7 if I turn on the headlights.

Needs an alternator, needs to be oem. Get one from a junkyard if you don't want to pay the price of a new one.

Ok, thanks. Will an alternator from any 01-05 model work?

Replaced the alternator with an OEM. Battery is now charging at 14.3v when idling. Thanks guys.
