I bought 2004 civic 1.6 engine, and brake lights, turn signals and hazard flashers doesn't work now. First turn signals and hazard flashers: I have checked and measure fuses, relay, bulbs, hazard switch and ground points. Everything is OK. But when I measure turn signal relays power signal, it was only 7 volt or something weird?? Relay says normally "click" (once) when turn hazard switch or turn signal switch, but thats all. No lights anymore.

Brake lights problem. Brake light switch is OK, I have checked and measure it. And ground and power are OK to brake switch. But I measured from brake light bulb housing, there was good ground, but no Power. Fuse is ok and horn works normally(same fuse). Attached picture from right side wires near brake lights, is the wiring ok?? I think that some very "skilled professional" has made own changes to wires? Please help beginner, thanks!

Step 1; repair any hacked wiring, check all grounds.
Step 2; test all related fuses, don't just look at them.
