Assuming Underdash Fusebox Electrical issue

Hi hope everyone is well, I’m currently having an electrical issue on a 03 Civic EX 1.7 5 Speed.no crank no start no power whatsoever in the vehicle. I’ve replaced the battery and alternator and have power to all fuses in the front fuse box but no power to none but three fuses in the underdash fuse box. Any help is appreciated thank you
