Power socket blown fuse

Hello, Hope I'm in the right spot. I have a 2007 honda civic ex. I plugged something over voltage into the power socket. Now the fuse keeps blowing. It doesn't last but 10 minutes at most. What can I do? Is this an issue I can fix easily?

Re: Power socket blown fuse

whatever you are plugging in is using too much power for that circuit, the fuse blows to prevent the wire from burning/melting,

you can not use whatever you are using on that circuit, it requires more power then that circuit can provide
