door locks dont work

door locks dont work
People,
2001 civic ex, all of a sudden door lock buttons on the door arm rest do not lock/unlock doors. I checked the fuse and it is still good. Does this mean i have to remove the door panel and get to the actuator? Something else? Thanks.
