Honda Civic 2016 Cooling fan issue

Hi, I'm having issues with the cooling fan not turning on. I've turned the AC all the way up and it doesn't budge. Have swapped the relays and checked all the fuses which all seem fine. I'm trying to find the fan switch to use the paper clip method but am unable to locate it. Can someone provide a diagram of where the cooling fan switch is located on a 2016 Honda Civic LX

are you talking about the one near radiator or the one behind the dash?

the one near the radiator. The one behind the dash seems to be working considering the fan blows air, although its hot air.

I was trying to run these cables directly to the battery to see if the fan is at fault or if its there switch, but I can't seem to get that plug with the white removed. Is there a trick to remove it? it has two push buttons on each side but even squeezing those it doesn't budge.

Electric plugs are usually a pain to remove - sometimes i just did not push enough
It's better for them to not fall off, actually.

So the A/C does not work either? You issue isn't going to be with the radiator fan. I would recommend testing the pressure in the system, leaking condensers was a known issue.
