Problem with Fuses - 2016 Civic LX

Hi everyone,

Short version: the battery light, oil light and a little red dot are on and I can't drive the car - the engine turns on, but I can't accelerate.

The infotainment system recently stopped working properly: the audio was fine, but the screen went black. I read online that if you remove fuses 19 and 20 for the audio and audio AMP from the fusebox under the hood, it would resolve the problem. I had a hard time figuring out which ones those were, so I ended up taking out several fuses and putting them back, including the relay circuit board which I pulled out about halfway before pushing it back in (there was a lot of resistance so I was worried about damaging something). I also disconnected and reconnected the battery. When I turned the car on, the screen was working again, but the battery light, oil light and a red dot were flashing and I couldn't drive the car. Turning the key in the ignition starts the engine, but nothing happens when I accelerate.

I spoke to Honda's roadside assistance and the guy told me to try resetting the battery by pressing and holding the audio power button for 5 seconds, holding it again for 10 seconds, then turning it off after 6 seconds. It didn't change anything.

Has anyone experienced anything like this or knows how to fix it?

*Edit: I figured it out mostly. I accidentally triggered the security immobilizer and that's why the car wouldn't move. I disabled it so I can drive again, but now I have a few warning lights on that weren't there before.
