alright guys i've got a couple problems but first i'll give you a little background on me and my car. its an 04 coupe 5spd with revo ss a headers back exhaust and wired for subs but the fuse is missing from the power line thing. and i've spliced my ignition wire to turn on my fog light switch when the cars on only but we did a really clean job with this so i dont think it has anything to do with the problem.

my first pass on the 1/4 mile i ran a 16.693 and stopped and checked everything out to make sure we're good. no problems. second run my friend suggested we take off my intake so we did and i made a pass and ran a mid-low 17 and i'm pretty sure i did everything the same as the first time. just without an intake. third run i ran a mid 17 and when i got off the drag strip i noticed my check engine light and battery light was on? i was like wtf and as i start cruising back to the pit/hangout area i notice my speedometer is stuck at zero. right there i was like wtf so i stopped and we all checked everything out and nothing seemed wrong. everything in my car works alright but my CEL is on and my battery light is on and my speedometer and odometer dont work. my gas guage works. my after market tach works (dx model. no stock tach) my temp. guage works and as far as i can see all the wires are connected under my hood. my friend thinks its my alternater but my car starts up just fine and i have p/s a/c radio and everything. i dont think its my alternater also because my car is only 2 years old. i was thinking maybe a fuse? thats the first thing i plan on trying tommorow. oh and my car runs fine. no probs accelerateing or anything like that. doesnt make any weird noises. nothing. when i got home tonight i pulled my + battery terminal off tried starting my car to clear all the power and put it back on and turned my car back on. after like half a second of idle the CEL and battery light came back on. at the same exact time. everything else in my car reset but the speedo and odometer and that stuff still doesnt work. any ideas would be appreciated. let me know what you'd do if it was you.
