Stuck Multi Block defroster fuse [solved]

The rear defroster in my 2017 Civic isn't working & I'm strongly suspecting the six fuse multi block fuse (38233-TBA-A01 38233TBAA01). The relay tests fine, and the defroster shows continuity.
I'm trying to remove it for a definitive test, but it's stuck: I remove the obvious screw, release the small latch on the far end (right), but it doesn't budge.
I hate to apply full force for fear of damaging the seat. Any suggestions? In figure below, front is at left.

Thanks

re: Stuck Multi Block defroster fuse [solved]

Simple fix- this multiblock comes out easily if you first remove the larger multiblock just to its left- above in the photo. This is the one held in with two screws.
The bad news: the defroster fuse & relay are both good. I'm suspecting my issue with the rear window defroster is a bad connector, a probable effect of body work several years ago where I'm suspecting they detacted it. Now I need a schematic of the relevant wiring harness.

Call up the dealer and ask nicely, they should be able to print one out for you

re: Stuck Multi Block defroster fuse [solved]

Thanks Collin. I figured this out with a circuit printout from my trusty Indy mechanic, and in the process linked it to a previous issue.
The previous issue was with the right rear passenger door, where neither the window nor door lock worked. That was caused by a partly unplugged power connector near the center pillar, which I thought was weird on a rather new Honda.
But 3 years ago the right rear end of the car was impacted by a truck in a parking lot, resulting in ~$5K repairs at what is supposed to be the best local body shop.
So I started thinking that they must have disconnected/replaced the rear wiring harness on the right side, which got me thinking that the defogger issue must be related . The circuit diagram shows a ground connector under the right rear window fascia. The fascia came off very easily, since a holding plug was already broken. The ground wire was indeed broken. Pretty simple to solder this.
My trusty mechanic said that it's all to common for body shops to cause electrical issues, outside of their trade I guess.

Very common for body shops to leave stuff disconnected, not fix crushed wiring, etc
