No power to A/C nor Defroster nor rear defroster nor interior blower.
I have a 2008 Honda Civic LX 4 Dr sedan with 174K miles on it. My interior fan, a/c, defrost and rear defroster have no power. No lights. Zero. I have replaced the blower motor resistor (I checked to see if it had proper resistance prior to installation - no issues), I checked all the fuses. Battery is good and so is the alternator. Not sure what else to check? Any ideas? Also, my power mirrors don't work but that is due to my installing new mirror with the window down and having the wire pulled loose when the window was put up. This is not on the same fuse as the blower nor a/c so I wouldn't think this would affect it as I put in the mirror months ago. Thank you for your time.

I checked all the fuses.
Remove HVAC control panel, turn key on, check for
12v+ @ pin 23
Ground @ pin 21
